Tara O’Neill serves as our Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Mrs. O’Neill is a Senior Vice President in the Finance and Legal department at Warburg Pincus, and is responsible for the firm’s global special purpose entity operations. Mrs. O’Neill has over 25 years of experience in the field of accounting, and finance. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 1999, Mrs. O’Neill was a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in financial services clients. Mrs. O’Neill holds a BS from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
